Dr. John Ladd
Dr. John Ladd graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Bloomington, IN. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, American Academy of Dental Group Practices, Indiana District Dental Society, Wabash Valley Dental Association, and Rotary.
Dr. Tisa Ladd
Dr. Tisa Ladd graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Bloomington Indiana. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association.
Dr. Schemehorn
Dr. Schemehorn graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry and is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Indiana District Dental Society.
Dr. Smith
Dr. Smith graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Keesler Medical Center. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, National Dental Association, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Ostrovsky graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Carbajal
Dr. Carbajal graduated from San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru and from University of Illinois at Chicago to receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Towns
Dr. Stephen Towns is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Dentistry, where he also received his certificate in Periodontics. He was an assistant clinical professor of periodontics at both the University of Illinois and Meharry Medical College. He is presently on the Periodontal staff at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
